We were featured in the newspaper

The Daily Tohoku (June 12, 2026), the Sanin Chuo Shimbun (June 25), and the Kobe Shimbun (July 2) featured articles on the collaboration and exchange initiative between “Meisterstrasse,” a network of artisans in Vienna, Austria, and traditional craftspeople in Kyoto.

Each article highlighted the deepening exchange between artisans in Vienna and Kyoto, spurred by the Osaka-Kansai World Expo, and how they are exploring new possibilities in craftsmanship while drawing inspiration from each other’s techniques and cultures. The articles also featured our company’s representative, Kayoko Nishikawa, and described how she has served as a bridge connecting artisans from both regions.

We hope to continue deepening the exchange and collaboration among artisans to ensure the preservation and development of the traditional techniques that Vienna and Kyoto are proud to uphold.
